Working Lunches and Breakfasts Just Don't Work.

"I'm all for socializing with the people at work. But working lunches for me have never been very effective," he says. "You're either going to spill your water on your Mac or your iPad, you've got soup dripping over the notebook that you're taking notes on and then you're going to forget whatever you're talking about." He adds: "If I feel like someone is playing any of the games we talked about in the show, I shut it down because that's not the point"
