I think generally speaking, a lot of these patients are typically getting some chemotherapy upfront and then getting the laparab after that as their adjuvant therapy. At this point, we don't have a lot of options of continuing these therapies together or even do you sequence? Do you give six months of Kip Sahibin and then give a laparab or vice versa? That's why I was just going to ask you, Dr. Arun, how do you decide because it is complicated? It is really individualized.
