The Role of Social Media in Peer Relationships
The research around social media and kids is relatively new, but Princeton says it's growing fast. A lot of what's out there, though, is still pretty preliminary and descriptive. And that's a chicken and egg problem because you can't really tell whether someone depressed was gravitating to social media to get compensatory, helpful social experiences or not.
