Public choice theory is basically the critique of the wrongness of the incentive structures of government agents associated with markets. It's a classic libertarian critique of the regulatory process on markets. And then I want to do a construction on what's wrong with them together, because I have to refer to what'swrong with each one individually before I can do the combined thing.
