So 107 centimeter male will be 70 kilos ideal body weight. But then using the 22 times height in meters squared is about 63 kilos. And then it's one in Millers, which I think, as he said, but you know what, it's a little bit more tricky. It's 50 kilos plus a kilo over 152 centimeters or if you're female, 45 kilos and up. So again, just many, many different variations out there. Just plugging those numbers in.
