I can't even begin to understand it. Banks are nt stupid. They go out ind de their own appraisals. And they also require audited financial statements in order to make a loan. Besides, all these banks apparently been paid back, and there's no damages, and nobody got hurt. It is the fiduciary responsibility of any bank,.
