My Grandma's Death
After being catatonic and totally unresponsive for the previous two days, my grandma opened her eyes weakly. "I felt the sense of peace, so profound that I was paralyzed," he says. My wife's mom offered to come over and put our son to bed, so we didn't have a one-year-old running and screaming around his grandmother's house as she was trying to be at peace.
