Selling With a Little One in the Mix
I was running on adrenaline. I think people underestimate because there's so much around buying, you know, the excitement of buying and but also the stress. But selling under circumstances such as that also with a little one in the mix is extremely stressful. We had about 90 people in the street watching the auction and got an amazing price. So absolutely sold at the peak of the market because no one had really twigged.
