We've Had to Rake Wages Again, What Are We Talking About?
E commerce really runs out of our corporate office, and that's 95 % of our business. What you've seen with the labor market as of the last six to nine months is people aren't working as much. So it's been very difficult to entice people. We've put on pek pe incentives for people to come into work. And we've had people working in overtime just to get the goods out the door. But i have learned in the last year that, i don't know, jerome, when you say you've had to raise wages twice, what are we talking about here? Where are they right now?"
