David Barger: I think that in his conversation he was trying to say, I don't see a use case. We don't need because there is not a market purpose for a currency that exists only to replicate the US dollar but to do so digitally. So much of what we can do with the dollar can already be done digitally. He may well have meant it as he said. All of us are automatically opted in to cyber. It's going to impact all of us.
