Corey: I would recommend that they try to be either careful about looking too stereotypically one way or trying to round themselves out by doing certain things that are against the stereotypical Asian model. We face similar challenges with, for example, applicants who are first gen Americans and they have really interesting immigrant stories but when you read thousands of them, they do blend together a little bit.
