The Department of Defense's Report on the Female Marines Rape Case
Kile's parents hope a report from the department of defense will shed some light on what happened to their son. A sexual assault forensic exam was formed on the female marine and the army criminal investigation lamb, located what the report calls third party dna that didn't match either kal or michael. But we find out through the investigator general, that n c i s didn't even reinterview the victim about this. They didn't seek any kind of explanation about this dna during the entire course of the rape investigation. And there's no telling how thoroughly they even were when they did, because, surprise, surprise, nCi couldn't find the case review records.
