The Ripper
The ripper has been operating for over a decade the police are like we really got to catch him now. He studies his victims their schedules he doesn't just pick women to follow home that day it seemed like he studied them for days. After the murder he takes body parts he drinks he at their house he doesn't care to clean up the crime scene at all. If he hasn't been caught after 11 murders nobody has seen him leaving a crime scene nothing so there must be a reason why he does it.
