What Should the Biden Administration Do About COVID?

The end of the COVID policy is good news for the global economy, but there's going to be bad news. The Chinese population largely unvaccinated, poor vaccines to begin with. What does Xi Jinping want to do? He wants to distract the internal population from those problems. I don't see it as a precursor to a sudden military move on Taiwan. That would be a huge mistake for Beijing.
