When we say no to something, we're saying yes to something else. We need to set up a task sifting system to help us decide what really should have my time. You can start with the gent and important, but i highly recommend getting to a point where you are thinking about the significance of this thing. And then number two, we need to set firm boundaries by recognizing that every es has a no on the other side, and keeping our yeses sacred. Time management is actually about self management. And we need to give ourselves the emotional permission to prioritize tasks or endeavors that build the future in and make morrow better, or even easier.
