Castle Spall Should Have Been Enacted in the First Place

If you get the job, Schwarzenegger went in there too hard as a conservative and he got spanked. And he ended up becoming like a liberal governor to the point where Republicans have no shot in that state. I fear what Governor Hocho is going to be like when you don't have to worry about reelection. If there was a Republican act like Hocho and you were Democrat, I'd be pulling for you because I want somebody that's going to be effective and put the people first.
