Is It the Easiest Thing for Rissina to Do?
i wouldn't be surprised if the easiest thing for rissina to do is to cause the increase in nex ashonsholans. To go ahead with it would be to invite political pain upon the conservative party. It doesn't get the government around the huge increase in engy bills, which is coming in the autumn. And i agree with chris that they're going to need to pull out some big bzuk on this.
