When Coercion Should Be Employed?

i should have done as i should have known that these streets are dangerous for children. The fact that my child is in the street is an indictment of my previous forethought and my skills is apparent. And so while coercion is necessary and proper in that circumstance, it is indictment of my bad my improper prior planning and preparation for that moment. It should never have reached that point. Now, obviously, that's an obvious example, butere are many things in life that are not so clear. And so yous, is coercion warranted in other things?
