Should I Get a Depreciation Schedule?

The fee for a buyer's agent isn't tax-sub property, you don't get the benefit up front. The accounts won't be doing your depreciation schedule for you. They simply get the quantity surveyors report and put that or include that into your total tax return. If you installed a $10,000 air conditioner, you wouldn't engage a quantity surveyor to come out again. The accountant can then calculate the depreciation on that one asset.
