How to Transition From a Consulting Business to a Software Business

I think a lot of the time consulting companies want to focus on quote the product that's gonna get them to the next level But they don't consider the organizational dynamics because these are diametrically opposed Mandates almost right. It felt very exciting to me for us back in 2019 to make a Transition from being a consulting business to a software business, but I didn't anticipate it very effectively. You have to be upfront with the people on the team that there is a change in direction And then you have to be open to the idea that not everyone's gonna be excited about that change in direction.
