Do Signals in Organizational Cultures?
I've been in cultures where it was constant in fighting and apathy. We were just in battle for our own little fifedoms. And i did not like working theres. I think no one dos a will unfortunatly experience one or two of those tip of organizationsi they're do signals. One signal, if you go to some occulture that's otoxic or fearful, the first point is when you meet the receptionist,. Rather than being like welcoming whatever you consider a sotr of anxiety.
