When you join the company, and in the last year, the new rolls that you are new new positions. What do they expect from j jil? So they expect this a friendly, a high touch service, certainly. I think the things that have change is just an emphasis on making it as easy as possible for her. If she's fying on line, i'm as intuitive as possible. Im as frictionless as possible. And then in the stores, just making sure that she's comfortable.
