The Desecration of the Sanctuary
In Leviticus 24, a man blasphemed the name of God and was put to death. The Israelites didn't know what to do with him because it wasn't spelled out for them. In verse 14, Moses says that everybody who heard him curse should lay their hands on his head and then let all the congregation stone him. So in this case, if someone curses God, then he's going to be executed.
