The Grain Deal Is a Huge Thing

I think for a lot of countries in Latin America and Africa as well, there's a huge war fatigue setting in. They do not want to see an end to the grain deal. And they think that in order to keep Russia on board, then other powers need to compromise more. I don't think China will necessarily succeed with its attempt to mediate or send an envoy. That what you've just described is exactly the crack in the door that China is trying to walk through.
