Why Would We Not Want to Put a Brilliant Man to Represent Us?

i think that in pennsylvania we have to vote with our brain and not with our emotions you know a lot of times the vote for the biden was because they like trump. Someone like mamat ais who has written as an author or co-author over 50 is a brilliant guy i know he is. Why would we not want to put him a brilliant man who's been a winner? How about ben karsen, one of the world's top five brain surgeons for 40 for 35 years and they said that this guy was the incompetent they mocked him but everyone elected her.
