The two things i find work the best are really on some level, the most unsexe finding the exact same time every single day and the same ritual. For example, you see morning and evening routines are really proven throughout history to be really, really effective. You know, at the end of the day, the morning is just a window that you get every single day, and you have control over it before anything happens. If you don't have the discipline to to do what you have to do, you're not going to do it.
