The Q9 Is a Really Valuable Piece of Equipment, and the Russians Certainly Wanted to See It.

The Q9 is a pretty large aerial vehicle. It carries really sensitive equipment on it that allows us to figure out what's going on in the region, both from optics and other types of sensors. The Russians certainly wanted to see it. And that's why the oil over the top to try to blind it, I think they were going to try to push it down.
