How to Make Money as a General Contractor
When we're general contractors, that's different. Then we're billing on percentage of the job complete and we'll do that every month. And so now I would say the average is between 45 and 60 days. So you have to have positive cash, low common income, even two months in business. That's a long time. Or a lot of credit or what have you.
