Turnouts Through the Roof Already in Georgia

CNN's Kat Kinsman and her colleague David Pavlich were talking about the enthusiasm surrounding this year's midterm elections. They said they thought it was good news that people are so engaged because they're going to vote. Pearly says he doesn't think massive voter turnout is a good thing for democracy. He also thinks educated voters should be more likely to turn out in large numbers.
