In new zealand, we saw big fall, didn't we? And sales volumes and prices, in the latest ie i and zed house price in dexs have dropped 35%. I don't know if that tells us, and i'm just thinking aloud, that it's not good for potential student flows. No chiner indostriger either, or other universities, ar schools round the world to no, exactly. So an all of that, of course, adds to the inflationd woes
