William Russell's Testimony on the January 6th Insurrection

William Russell is a longtime aide to the former president who was reportedly by Trump's side for most of the day on January 6th, 2021. His level of cooperation is unclear since he still works for the Trump campaign. A bizarre scene played out during an unrelated court proceeding where his lawyer showed a plate for a hearing for a different client. That could indicate that the DOJ is questioning Russell to help piece together Trump's words and actions from the day of the insurrection.
