KBJ Voted in a Couple of Cases Last Night.
KBJ also had her first vote. Obviously she'll hear her first oral arguments once the court resumed her cases in October. But voted surprisingly in a couple of cases now in the shadow talking. She joined Sir D'Amour, Kayegan and Jackson as she did in the Alabama case at the court heard last night.
