Why We're Mutating Viruses With Our Taxpayer's Money
Fouche apparently disagreed with these scientists who thought this gain of function, in other words, making viruses more infectious and powerful to study them. Fouche: "I think it's a really bad idea" But there are some people, to be fair, with the opposing idea that, well, if we can mutate to mutate them to make them more infectious, like a country you doesn't have our interests in mind, china, or others, that could turn that into a bio weapon.
