The Importance of Judge Vance's Theory of Justice
The problem is you're not working with good material. You can buy, you can build a hundred houses out of straw, but they're all going to get blown down. Having a hundred of them doesn't make them any stronger than the other people. The theory is absolutely ridiculous in my view. And it is, it's overtly political. It was only after his two top prosecutors resigned and went on a public campaign to indict Trump that Bragg was a judge of the state of law.
