Is Israel a Good Air Defense?

There are reports that Iran has military personnel in Crimea. Israel's fight against Iran and for its own security, which we support 100% is also a global fight. We see the Ukrainians now suffering at Iranian hands. And I think the Israelis could help a lot more with Ukraine in protecting civilians than they're currently doing.
