The higher your peak, the higher your capacity now, the more you can afford to lose throughout life and still be a fairly high functioning individual. These are the years to be doing the work and it's not too late regardless of where you are on your journey. I think exercise is potentially the most important. Maybe second to sleep because if you don't sleep, you will die real quick and your life quality will go down. And nutrition is important too. So maybe we can actually get into saying one is better than the other, but exercise is pretty damn important too.
