A lot of voters follow a completely different path. And this is not that uncommon, right? If you work with large organizations, the organization has one model of what the process should be and their users or customers or members or patients have a very different point of view. These are different mental models. It's always a percentage game. I mean, these never 100% that follow anywhere. It's extremely rare.
