The Importance of Business Value Realization

We're trying to reform at and reformulate the way that we present our services to the business. Right now they're paying a lump sum for all services within a certain structure. What we're starting to do is break out this section of things and say look you know, we're going to do an incremental piece here. So that way it starts scaling with what they want to do. And then there's a direct correlation effect of the cost that it takes to do that with the benefits that they have whereas right now it's a little bit, you know it's fuzzy for us to break it apart.
