What Can Labour Really Do if It Doesn't Have a Majority in Parliament?
One of the things that one would wants, it would be helpful to have thought through, is what actually you can do as a government in terms of your policy priorities. If you don't have a parliamentary majority, would have a minority. Andad i think you can be an effective minority government. There are examples of it in our history and in other westminster systems.
