How Ants Communicate With Their Colonies
Insects organise their colonies by a system of chemicals which essentially they release to each other. For example if the queen starts to fail and most insect colonies then the workers can pick this up and react accordingly because they don't smell her so much. So it's very simple rules that they're following all the time nothing very complicated.
