Human Capital Is Not Just a Question of Conserving the Green Fertile Landscape

The word human capital comes up a great deal for progressive economists. In their view, people from the middle east are even rermain ans perhaps not just not fit for capitalism,. they have less capacity to compete in the market. They hark back to the kind of the earliest versions of intelligence testing and say these populations have a capacity to achieve and these ones do not. It's actually an outward looking xenophobia, which is part of what makes it distinct.
