The Future of Cities
One is a community activist who is determined to combat everything he refers to as big brother. He believes installation of cameras and sensors in the city, facial recognition software and all forms of biometric identity are a threat to privacy. His view is that services provided even when they're free neither compensate nor justify being spied on. We have not been given these citizens names because we could find almost all of them on any continent in mega cities. But they could be our children in 2030. They share increasingly globalized lifestyles, those of smart cities.
