Do You Think China Should Own the United States of America?

The EB-5 program lets Chinese citizens have citizenship here in the United States for investment into food. In South Dakota, we have a state law that says there's a certain amount of acres, 150 acres, more than that cannot be bought by foreign entities. We don't think they should buy any, and I'll be addressing that this legislative session and also long-term leases.
