Thousands have died because fentanyl has been mixed or cut with their drug of choice. He thought the pill was Percocet, a prescribed drug that contains the opioid oxycodone. Prescription drugs and heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine all have been laced with fentanyl. "You don't know what you're taking," he says.
