Katanji brown jackson is up for the nomination to become a supreme court justice. Article three of the united states constitution states clearly that the judicial branch of government must have its own independent and equal authority. Circuit courts actually are not in the constitution, they were created by congress. The judges both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behavior, and shall at stated times, received for their services a compensation which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.
