So, you want you get better at running or at something other than running? Well, you found the right podcast. Because after I talk about my birthday weekend in NYC I spend 35 minutes of this episode detailing eight different ways you can work on getting better. And guess what? You can get started on all of them immediately. I intentionally ended the title of this episode without specifically mentioning running. Because I feel that all of these tips can be used for something in your life besides running. It's up to you, as always, to decide how, where and when to use the advice.
