French Book Delivery - What's the Minimum Delivery Fee?
In December, France enacted a law requiring all book deliveries in the country to include a delivery fee. Amazon and some of the under other vendors, like fenac and le claire commenced charging one whole cent for delivery. On Friday, france announced the minimum fee would be three uros. And the fee cannot be avoided by customer loyalty programes or ordering books with other items.
