Can China Really Afford to Risk Interaction With Russia on the War?

I think the essence of the problem is that Uncle Sam did half a job after the Second World War. He filled those three countries with two things, democracy and free markets. For then some unknown reason after that, Uncle Sam decided that the two big naughty countries, China and Russia, were only given access to markets. There wasn't a concerted effort to export democracy to Russia and China. So in a way, we Americans, I'm American now, we Americans have done half a job After the Second World war.
