For now I want you to think about what thoughts are you thinking on a regular basis that may contribute to an unhealthy coping strategy. And once you've identified it, then you can move forward with releasing it. So as you repeat the affirmation, I choose release. Repeat the affirmation out loud using your voice, really waking yourself up with this new way to cope with your stress.
