I'm quite a sponge for ideas and processes from people in a traditional sense. The best manager I've ever had was my boss at JP Morgan who was called Ramon D'Alabera. He really taught me how to build a team, how to motivate people. And I've always been super grateful to him for everything he learned from that. But fundamentally television has been really dull to me without sport. It's barely worth turning the TV on for.
